They are not in Sync as far as the booked time slots are concerned . I booked a time slot probably 4 days in advance. One guy tells me they are available at the appointed time and the other guy tells me that they are not 90 minutes before the appointment, both on the very same day . And when I try to get clarity over the situation THEY act all confused when it should be me No doubt they must be pretty good to let go of few new customers . Giving two stars for atleast mailing me about the unavailability. Thanks
Hello AV, I apologize for the confusion! It looks like you had an email appointment request that one person was working on as the time you requested was already taken. i guess in the mean time with that communication you called and spoke to a different rep, creating the confusion.
